Service Issue Resolved at 01:06 PM on 9/16/2022: This issue has been resolved, emails should be able to be sent and received without issue through qualtrics. 

 

Service Issue Reported at 04:06 PM on 9/14/2022: Emails sent from Qualtrics are currently unable to be sent if they include a custom "from" field. The default Qualtrics "from" email address still works. This impacts invitations, shared reports, email response triggers and any other emails sent from within Qualtrics.

Please note that you can still modify the default name of the sender, please just do not use a custom "from" address until this issue is resolved.
