Service Restored at 12:16AM on 8/19/2022: The issue impacting access to UCB Files has been resolved. Systems may not recover automatically as a result of this change. If your system was impacted, manual remounts of NFS exports and SMB shares may be required on Unix/Linux-based systems.
Service Issue Reported at 9:50 PM on 8/18/2022: OIT is aware of an intermittent issue impacting access to UCB Files. If you are able to access UCB files you should save any work and continue to work offline. No data is at risk. OIT has engaged the vendor.
