Service Issue Resolved at 04:30 PM on 8/3/2022: Call center services are now in a stable state and should remain so as a full fix is implemented.

Service Issue Updated at 12:25 AM on 8/3/2022: Voice Services working with NEO to resolve issues with sign into Finesse, and now dropped calls to agents. Call Centers may be closed as a result of this issue. 

Service Issue Reported at 10:25 AM on 8/3/2022: OIT has multiple reports of  sign-in issues from some call centers reporting difficulties accessing Cisco Finesse.
