Service Restored at 3:00 PM on 06/16/2022: Issues with incoming off campus calls (in Cisco) with hold/transfer issues has been confirmed resolved.

Service Issue Updated at 5:30 on 06/15/2022:OIT Voice Services is monitoring incoming off campus call behavior with holds/transfers after changes made with Vendor. Updates to come tomorrow, Thurs. June 16th.

Service Issue Reported at 12:30 on 06/15/2022: OIT Voice Services is investigating incoming off-campus call issues when placing on hold or transferring. OIT has engaged the vendors to work towards a resolution.
