Service Restored at 10:05am on 5/26/2022: The issue impacting the Books & Course Materials card in Buff Portal has been resolved. User's books and course materials should now be populating.
Service Issue Updated at 2:55pm on 5/24/2022: While the bookstore continues to work with the vendor to resolve this issue, the bookstore's site at https://www.cubookstore.com/adoption-search can be used as a workaround for students getting an error on the Books & Course Materials card in Buff Portal.
Service Issue Reported at 1:30pm on 5/24/2022: OIT is aware of an ongoing issue impacting the Books & Course Materials card in Buff Portal resulting in some user's books and course materials not populating.
The issue is related to an issue with the CU Bookstore's service that populates this data. The CU Bookstore has engaged the vendor and is working towards a resolution.
