Service Maintenance Completed: Classroom and Personal Capture

Mediasite will perform scheduled maintenance between 11 p.m. on May 20, and 4 a.m. on May 21. This will impact services that are dependent upon Mediasite, including CU Boulder’s Classroom Capture, Personal Capture, and Distance Learning Studios. This is a routine maintenance outage scheduled by the vendor. 

Impact

UCB users of Mediasite may be unable to access recordings in Classroom Capture, Personal Capture, or Distance Learning Studios for brief periods during that time window.
