Service Restored at 2:30 PM on 4/27/2022: OIT has identified the source of the password update delays and has resolved the issue. Passwords will now update at the normal rate. If you reset your password while delays were ongoing and continue to experience issues signing in, please try resetting your password once more. 

Service Issue reported at 12:30 PM on 4/26/2022: OIT is aware of delays with passwords being reset on Identikey.colorado.edu. If you reset your password please wait up to an hour for your new password to sync with your account. OIT is investigating the issue.
