Service Restored at 1:00 PM on 4/21/2022: OIT managed servers have been assessed and rebooted if necessary; service owners should still check that their services are running. Any unmanaged servers should be assessed and rebooted by their service owners. If you sent an email to a Sympa (email list manager) list between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM, it is possible this message was not delivered. Please check that your message was received. If it was not you will need to resend your message. 

Service Issue Updated at 12:15 AM on 4/21/2022: There was a networking outage in the COMP datacenter from around 9:45am - 10:15am this morning. The network has been restored however, some services hosted in the datacenter have not yet recovered. OIT is assessing and rebooting managed servers but service owners should still check that their services are running. Any unmanaged servers should be assessed and rebooted by their service owners. Service Issue Updated at 10:15 AM on 4/21/2022: OIT's Networking Team has identified the issue and is currently working on a solution. At this time, services remain impacted. 

Service Issue Reported at 10:00 AM on 4/21/2022: OIT is aware of an issue that is impacting certain services including, but not limited to Buff Portal, the campus phone system (including call centers) , and Northstar. We are currently investigating the issue. There is no work-around at this time.
