Service Restored at 5:45 P.M. on 4/7/2022: The underlying issue has been resolved. New accounts will be provisioned at the normal rate. 

Service Issue Updated at 4:45 P.M. on 3/21/2022: Identikey.colorado.edu and Aurora.colorado.edu will no longer display an error or time-out. The underlying issue has not yet been resolved however, a workaround has been implemented as OIT works to resolve this issue. As a result, accounts for newly admitted students or new hires may be delayed in being created. Some accounts that are newly created will not yet have an @colorado.edu email address. OIT has engaged the vendor and continues to work on a resolution. 

Service Issue Reported at 10:45 A.M. on 3/21/2022: OIT is aware of an issue with Identikey.colorado.edu as well as accessing OIT's request forms at Aurora.colorado.edu. Currently people will receive an error message or page time-outs when accessing either site. OIT is working to restore the service.
