Service Restored on 2/01/22 at 3:47 pm:
Email Distribution and Email Triggers have been fixed by Qualtrics.
The vendor has shared that it may take 24 hours for everything to propagate properly but initial testing is showing restored functionality to both Email Distribution and Email Triggers

Email Distribution and Email Triggers are currently not working in Qualtrics.
OIT has engaged the vendor is awaiting a response.
An alternative to using Email Distribution is to use the "anonymous-link" distribution tool: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/distributions-module/web-distribution/anonymous-link/
There is no current workaround for Email Triggers.
