VoiceThread will undergo a database upgrade by the vendor, making the service unavailable, from 3 am to 11 am on Wednesday, December 29. This update is required by the vendor.
Impact
VoiceThread, including the VoiceThread integration within Canvas, will be unavailable from 3 am to 3 am to 11 am on Wednesday, December 29. Anyone logged into the service at the time of the maintenance will be signed out of their accounts and will need to sign back in after the maintenance window.
