Service Restored 12/8/21 at 6:30 AM: The AWS outage is now resolved and all OIT services have been restored.
Service Issue Updated 12/7/21 at 2:30 PM: The AWS issues continue to impact OIT services. Canvas is experiencing long load times as a result.
Service issue Updated 12/7/21 at 12:17 PM: Canvas has now been affected by the AWS issues, OIT expects that other services may be impacted as well.
Service Issue reported 12/7/21 at 11:30 AM: OIT has been made aware that CUClickers and Digication have been impacted by Amazon Web Service (AWS) issues. OIT has not observed significant performance issues but have seen some slowness. Though we have not yet seen this issue affect any other service, it has the potential to affect services such as: Kaltura, Cvent, Canvas and Adobe. The vendor is currently working with AWS to resolve the issue. There is no ETA on a resolution at this time.
