Update at 7:22 am: Maintenance is complete and services have been tested and verified.
The updating of network switches will make wired and wireless networks, including VoIP phones, unavailable for 15 to 30 minutes in residence halls (see Affected Buildings below) between 5 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Monday, November 22. This maintenance is necessary to install new code to improve security and fix bugs.
Impact
The wired network, Wi-Fi networks (including UCB Wireless, UCB Guest, eduroam), and VoIP phone service will be unavailable for 15 to 30 minutes in rolling outages in residence hall buildings (see Affected Buildings below) between 5 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Monday, November 22.
