Service Restored at 9:45 p.m. - The on-campus network has been restored. On-campus users should be able to reach the internet. Thank you for your patience through this issue.
Service Issue Updated at 9:30 p.m. - OIT continues to troubleshoot the on-campus network issue. Beyond those on campus having sporadic difficulty reaching the internet, there are additional issues with CU Boulder services that are triggered by this network problem. Those include, but may not be limited to:
- Email delays
- Identity management
- SplashTop remote access
Service Issue Reported at 8:30 p.m. - OIT has identified a network problem that is making it difficult for users on-campus to reach the internet. We are currently investigating the problem and will post more information as it becomes available.
