Update on 10/29/21: Issues with both wired and wireless connectivity in Norlin Library have largely subsided; however, if you experience connectivity problems, please fill out the Network Troubleshooting form so we can appropriately troubleshoot the issue.
Update on 10/18/21: A code update made on Sunday, October 10, appears to have mitigated most issues on the wired network which was also affecting VoIP phones. OIT is still investigating issues with Wi-Fi connectivity in isolated parts of Norlin Library. If you experience connectivity problems, please fill out the Network Troubleshooting form so we can appropriately troubleshoot the issue.
Impact
Users may experience intermittent network connectivity within Norlin Library.
