Service Restored at 05:33 PM on 8/23/21: The IdentiKey Manager service has been restored and all updates and changes that occurred while IdentiKey Manager was down have been rerun. If you notice that any updates or changes you made are not being correctly reflected, please contact the IT Service Center at oithelp@colorado.edu or 303-735-4357.

Service issue updated at 02:37 PM on 8/23/21: The IdentiKey Manager service is back to normal operations. Any new changes/updates will take effect as expected. OIT is working to rerun any updates/changes that occurred while the service was down. Another update will be issued when all the updates/changes have finished rerunning.

Issue reported at 01:00 PM on 8/23/21: The CU Boulder IdentiKey Manager service is currently unavailable. As a result, account changes cannot be made at this time. OIT is working to have this service restored. Any password changes made in the last hour may not be effective at this time.
