Issue Resolved 05/11/2021 at 10:02 pm: Salesforce is reporting that the network issue is resolved. OIT has confirmed that Buff Portal Advising and eComm applications are accessible.

Issue Reported 11/05/2021 at 5:33pm:The Salesforce services of Buff Portal Advising and eComm are still experiencing an outage. Users may intermittently be able to log in, but the system remains unstable. The CRM team is engaged with the vendor and they are actively working the issue.

Update 11/05/2021 at 7:08PM: The Salesforce services of Buff Portal Advising and eComm are still experiencing system degradation, although we are seeing improvement. The CRM team is engaged with the vendor who has determined root cause and is actively working to fix it. We will provide another update before 9pm.
