Issue Resolved 05/11/2021 at 10:02 pm: Salesforce is reporting that the network issue is resolved. OIT has confirmed that Buff Portal Advising and eComm applications are accessible.
Issue Reported 05/11/21 at 05:33 PM: The Salesforce services of Buff Portal Advising and eComm are still experiencing an outage. Users may intermittently be able to log in, but the system remains unstable. The CRM team is engaged with the vendor and they are actively working the issue. We will provide another update at 7pm.
