Service Restored at 1:48 p.m. on 05/07/21 : UIS has identified and addressed root cause. As of 1:16 p.m. normal performance has been restored. There are no outstanding issues.

Issue Reported at 11:03 a.m. on 05/07/21: UIS has had reports of general slowness within the Portal (MyCUInfo), to include login, web grading in Faculty Center, and accessing CU Resources content. There are no known work arounds at this time.

UIS is working to restore normal service operation and will provide more information as it becomes available.
