Description
CU Boulder account management functions, including CU Boulder IdentiKey Manager, will be affected by an emergency database maintenance from 4 p.m to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17. During the maintenance window, IdentiKey Manager will be unavailable and new account creation processes (including sponsored accounts and Quick Provisioning of Continuing Ed and Online degree program students) will be queued and delayed until the upgrade is complete. This maintenance is necessary to address tablespace and disk space issues.
Impact
CU Boulder IdentiKey Manager will be unavailable and the creation of new accounts (including sponsored accounts and Quick Provisioning of Continuing Ed and Online degree program students) will be queued and delayed from 4 p.m to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17. The delayed processes are expected to complete normally after the maintenance concludes.
