Service Issue Reported at 09:21 AM on 02/17/2021: Some users may experience slight delays in receiving chat messages or issues joining Teams live events in Microsoft Teams.
Service Issue Resolved at 12:34 AM on 02/18/2021: Users may have experienced delays in sending and receiving chat messages or been unable to join live events. Microsoft has completed their work to re-route the impacted network traffic to alternate infrastructure and confirmed via extensive monitoring that the issue has been resolved.
