Service restored at 9:05 am on 1/25/21: HCM is now available. UIS has identified and addressed root cause. As of 9:05 a.m. service has been restored. There are no outstanding issues.

Service issue reported at 8:28 am on 1/25/21: UIS is reporting HCM is slow to load, or is inaccessible for some users. Users should try clearing their browser cache or using a private (incognito) window and attempting to access HCM again. Steps on how to do so can be found here: https://oit.colorado.edu/services/network-internet-services/wireless-internet/ucb-wireless/help/clear-browser-cache. UIS is working to restore service and will provide more information as it becomes available.
