Issue reported at 09:56 AM on 01/11/21: Zoom is currently investigating an issue in which some users are unable to view their list of cloud recordings in the web portal. Recordings are not impacted or erased, some users are just unable to view them at this time. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Issue restored at 10:54 AM on 01/11/21: Zoom has resolved the issue in which some users were unable to view their cloud recordings in the web portal. Users may need to refresh their browser to see recordings.
