Issue resolved at 10:09 AM on 12/21/20: CU Denver restarted production OIM, and we believe the service is currently stable. They are monitoring and continuing to research the cause.
Issue reported at 8:32 AM on 12/21/20: We are currently seeing issues with Oracle Identity Manager, and the service is currently not available. OIT is investigating and reaching out to CU Denver, who manages this infrastructure on our behalf.
Impact includes account/password activation, changes via Identikey Manager, and new account creation.
