Issue resolved at 6:00pm on 12/7/20: Payment links in the Buff Portal Tuition & Fees card are functioning properly again.

Issue reported at 5:11 pm on 12/7/20: Payment links from the Tuition & Fees card in Buff Portal are currently failing. The vendor is engaged, ETA 7 p.m. tonight. Authorized payers are still able to complete payments, because they don't rely on a Buff Portal link.
