Issue resolved at 03:36pm on 10/13/2020: Zoom has resolved the issue causing errors downloading reports, download/playback of cloud recordings and uploading avatars.


Issue reported at 03:08pm on 10/13/2020: Zoom is currently investigating increased reports of errors downloading reports, downloading/playback of cloud recordings, and uploading avatars for a subset of users. Users may have issues with these functions.
