Description

The CU Boulder VoIP phone service will undergo an update on Saturday, August 29 between the hours of 8 pm and 10 pm. VoIP phone services, both on-campus and remote, will be unavailable for approximately five minutes while phones reboot after the change. Both incoming and outgoing calls will be affected. This change is necessary to activate the Cisco Jabber service for home use.

Impact

VoIP phone services will be unavailable for approximately five minutes between the hours of 8 pm and 10 pm on Saturday, August 29, while they reboot after the update. Both incoming and outgoing calls will be affected. After the upgrade is complete, Cisco VoIP phones that are used off campus will need to be logged in before using.
