Service Restored at 5:49 pm 8/24/2020: The Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client was inadvertently removed on some supported Windows 10 systems. A new installer has been provided to DDS and customers via Software Center. Most systems with this issue have been restored.

Issure Reported at 10:35 am 8/24/20: OIT is receiving reports that the Cisco VPN application may have been removed from Dedicated Desktop Support (DDS) managed machines. OIT is working on a broad fix for this issue. DDS technicians are working with customers who have submitted tickets to restore the application Updates will be posted here as they become available.
