Service Restored at 10:37 a.m. on 8/24/2020: Zoom has resolved the issue causing users to be unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars. They are currently monitoring to ensure that these services remain operational.

Issue updated at 9:15 a.m. on 8/24/2020: Zoom is applying a fix across its cloud services. Service is in the process of being restored. Users may be able to successfully use Zoom.

Issue updated at 8:52 a.m. on 8/24/2020: Zoom reports the global issue is still active, however, OIT staff have seen some improvement and encourages the CU Boulder community to try using the desktop application to join meetings.

Issue updated at 8 a.m. on 8/24/2020: The global Zoom rolling outage continues. For users that have pre-scheduled their meetings, OIT has seen some success in manually entering the meeting ID via the "Join" button on the Zoom application.

Issue updated at 7:30 a.m. on 8/24/2020: OIT has confirmed that this is a global Zoom rolling outage, which may affect some CU Boulder sessions. More information will be posted as updates become available.  

Issue reported at 7:04 am 8/24/2020: Zoom is investigating an issue in which some customers may not be able to start or join meetings and webinars. Zoom.us may also be down. More information will be posted as updates become available.
