Service was restored on 7/31/2020

Issue reported at 12:04 pm on 7/31/20: Zoom has identified an issue causing participants joining a meeting being split into multiple meetings with the same meeting ID. OIT has engaged the vendor, we will continue to provide updates as they become available.
