Issue Reported on 7/9/2020 at 4:42 PM: Voice services has reported that the gateway in LSTR has gone down. This will effect analog services in LSTR, ARL & SEEC/SEEL. The Voice Services team is currently investegating.
Issue Update 7:30 PM: The Voice Services team is onsite and engaged with NEO to bring the analog gateway back up in LSTR.
Issue Resolved on 7/9/2020 at 7:49: The LSTR analog gateway outage is resolved, analog services have been restored in LSTR, ARL, SEEC/SEEL & BIOT
