User Impact: Users may experience degraded performance and latency when receiving chat messages within Microsoft Teams.
More info: Users may see the 'Disconnected' banner at the top of the Microsoft Teams client.
Message delayed are up to approximately 15 minutes.
Currently Investigating to find a resolution
Issue Reported at 09:48am on 06/18/2020: Issue has been resolved by Microsoft, approximately 7 percent of messages were affected in the North America region.
