Service Restored at 10:25 pm on 06/04/20: Marketing Cloud Engineering teams have confirmed the resolution of this incident impacting Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Cloud Pages. The impact began on 2020-06-04 at 08:02 am. The performance impact to the aforementioned applications was mitigated as of 2020-06-04 at 4:37 pm. Some customers experienced a backlog of Journey Builder processing, which is confirmed to have cleared as of 2020-06-04 at 10:09 pm. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

Issue Updated at 4:22 pm on 06/04/20: Marketing Cloud Engineering teams are continuing to investigate the on-going issue affecting customers. Customers using Journey Builder will experience delays with injecting and processing contacts. Currently Journey Builder is experiencing processing backups of approximately 6 hours. This has also affected Content Builder which may have resulted in the inability to load Content Builder, sporadic failures to specific assets, and delays in image publishing could occur as well as certain features for Cloud Pages where contacts being injected will have longer than normal API response times. This secondary impact to Content Builder and Cloud Pages is currently in a mitigated state. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineering teams continue to work on resolving the issue. More information will be posted as it becomes available.

Issue Updated at 12:39 pm on 06/04/20: The vendor has issued an alert of an ongoing incident impacting Marketing Cloud Core Service, Journey Builder. Overall system performance degradation is being reported. More information will be posted as it becomes available.

Issue Reported at 12:10 pm on 06/04/20: Salesforce Marketing Cloud appears to be experiencing slowness for all users specifically in relation to Email Studio. OIT is currently investigating and will post an update with more information.
