Service Restored at 3:17 pm on 06/02/2020: The issue causing Canvas course enrollments and drops to be delayed has been repaired. Enrollments and drops are no longer delayed at this time.
Issue Reported at 2:19 pm on 06/02/2020: All enrollments and drops for Canvas courses are currently delayed due to expired certificates on the web service that receives the enrollment messages. Normally, a student is enrolled in a Canvas course within five minutes of being enrolled in Campus Solutions. Because of this problem, there could currently be up to a 24 hour delay in users being enrolled or dropped in Canvas, because instead of being done in five minutes, enrollments are now being processed in batch via the Recon process that runs every night at 18:00. More updates will be posted here as they become available.
