ServiceNow, OIT’s primary service management tool, will undergo an upgrade on Friday, May 29, from 7 pm to 11:30 pm. During this maintenance window, ServiceNow will be unavailable. This maintenance is necessary to upgrade ServiceNow to a newer version.
