Service restored at 11:30 am on 5/12/20: Zoom has identified and resolved the delays associated with cloud recording and transcriptions.

Issue reported at 1:19 pm on 5/8/20: Zoom cloud recording and transcription processing times may be longer than normal. Zoom support is actively working to resolve the issue. More information can be found here: https://status.zoom.us/
