Issue Resolved at 8:19 pm on 5/1/20: OIT has verified the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience in this matter. 

Update at 1:52 pm on 5/8/20: Based on current progress, Microsoft expects deployment of the solution to complete by 11:00 PM UTC on Sunday, May 10, 2020. Customers should experience incremental service restoration as the deployment progresses.

Issue reported at 11:04 am on 5/6/2020:  Some users may receive repeated credential prompts within the Outlook client. Vendor is engaged, no ETA. More information will be posted when available.
