Service Restored at 4:31pm on 4/28/2020: Between approximately 4:00pm and 4:30pm on Tuesday April 28th, our production Oracle Identity Manager(OIM) environment was unreachable. The service is now restored.
The following services were impacted by this outage.
- IdentiKey activation and other account changes made through identikey.colorado.edu
- Quick provisioning for new Continuing Education and Online Ed (MS-EE) students
- Aurora (OIT lookup and account request tools that rely on OIM data)
