Service Restored at 7:35 pm on 3/12/2020: CRM eComm Marketing Cloud has been restored by Salesforce.com.

Issue Updated at 5:12 pm on 3/17/2020: The reported outage continues. OIT is continuing to work with the vendor towards a resolution.

Issue Reported at 3:23 pm on 3/17/2020:  There is a CRM eComm Marketing Cloud (MC03) outage. OIT is working with the vendor, Salesforce.com, to restore service.
