Service Restored at 7:57 AM: Canvas has resumed normal operation; all users are able to access it again

 

Service Issue Updated at 6:18 PM: Canvas has resumed normal operation; all users should be able to access it again.

Instructure hasn't yet issued the all clear, so ATAP will continue to monitor and will issue a final support alert once the issue is confirmed to be resolved.

 

Service Issue Reported at 5:46 PM: Testing indicates that the issue is inconsistent, sometimes allowing access. OIT has contacted the vendor and will continue internal testing.
