Service Restored at 9:55PM: Most customer infrastructures have returned to normal operation, with no reports of any data loss.
Service Issue Updated at 6:34PM: The power outage knocked out the network in the data center which has since been restored. Customers are now beginning to ascertain the state of their individual infrastructures. One rack remains completely off-line, this is where the power incident originated. The data center team is currently troubleshooting.
Service Issue Reported at 4:56PM: A power incident occurred in the SPSC data center. This immediately knocked out power to 4 customer racks, most of which belong to the AERO department, as well as the Mechanical Engineering department. We are actively diagnosing the issue.
