Service Maintenance Completed: Enterprise Applications Including Campus Solutions & Portals

Description

UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 am to 12 pm/noon on Sunday, February 9. During this time Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, MyCUBoulder, and some of the resources accessed through these services, will be unavailable (see Affected Services below). Services that are linked through the portals, but not otherwise dependent upon them, will still be accessible through direct links (see Affected Services). This maintenance is necessary to apply Oracle patches.

Impact

During the maintenance window from 6 am to 12 pm/noon on Sunday, February 9, Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, MyCUBoulder, and some of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Affected Services below). Please note that Campus Solutions maintenance events like this will affect systems with real-time data.

If you encounter errors in HCM applications following the maintenance, clearing your browser cache often resolves the issues.

  • OnBase (direct access and Unity Client)
