Service Restored at 8:00pm 1/15/20: Queued changes from Grouper to Active Directory have all caught up as of approximately 8pm this evening. OIT can confirm that the service is now functioning normally.
Issue Updated at 2:06pm 1/15/20: Queued changes from 01/14/20 are taking longer than expected to process. OIT is working to process the queued changes as soon as possible. The Grouper service is operating normally outside of this queued batch. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
Issue Updated at 9:38pm 1/14/20: Current group membership changes in Grouper are now propagating to AD at the expected rate. Changes queued from earlier in the day are expected to process overnight. OIT is monitoring the issue. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Issue Reported at 4:04pm 1/14/20: Grouper (mygroups.colorado.edu) is experiencing delays provisioning users to Active Directory. Membership changes made in Grouper may not be syncing immediately. This may impact distribution list memberships and any services that rely on Grouper/AD groups for access or authorization. OIT is working to repair the issue. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
