Service Restored at 9:19am 01/14/20: Issues with account provisioning and delays with account changes stemming from OIM should now be resolved.
Issue Updated at 3:24pm 01/13/20: OIT diagnosed a new issue from the jobstream for newly admitted students. In addition to possible delays, newly admitted students may be unable to activate their IdentiKeys until all provisioning is complete. OIT is continuing to monitoring this issue. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
Issue Reported at 8:34am 01/13/20: OIM is processing a large volume of account creations which is delaying processing of new accounts. Estimated time to complete this processing is unknown at this time. OIT is monitoring this issue. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
