Service Restored at 11:45AM: Spring 2020 books now appear as they should in Buff Portal.
Updated at 5:12PM: After a full day of troubleshooting the Buff Portal books issue, we are no closer to a fix. OIT has decided to disable the card in the portal until we can get the spring books issue resolved.
Issue Reported at 10:54AM: has become aware of an issue affecting the Books & Course Materials card - our internal table for books data is missing information for spring term, so students are incorrectly seeing "no text required" for all of their classes. Developers are working on a fix right now, but there is no ETA currently.
A workaround for this issue is to visit the CU Bookstore site at https://www.cubookstore.com/courselistbuilder.aspx. Students can log into this site with an Identikey and see all the books that apply to their schedule.
