Issue resolved at 9:04 am: Canvas - vendor phone support is working again for phone contact.
Issue reported at 4:18 pm: Canvas phone support is currently unavailable. The phone providor for Canvas support is currently experiencing technical problems. Canvas support can be contacted via support@instructure.com or with chat help, this can be found by logging into Canvas, clicking help then on either "Chat with Canvas Support (Faculty)" or "Chat with Canvas Support (Students)"
