Issue resolved at 7:55 pm on 12/16/19: Canvas has confirmed support phone is functioning again. 

Service Update at 3:00 pm on 12/16/19: The vendor has implemented a fix for this issue, and Canvas is monitoring to ensure that it is resolved. More information will be posted when available. 

Issue reported at 12:28 pm on 12/16/19: The phone provider for Canvas Support is currently experiencing technical problems. Due to this fact reaching Canvas Support via phone may take longer than normal. Users are still able to contact Canvas Support via their chat tool, email, and the help menu in Canvas. More information will be posted when available.
