Issue resolved at 4:46 pm on 12/5/19: Digication upload issues have been resolved.

Issue reported at 1:57 pm on 12/5/19: There are issues with certain kinds of new file uploads - specifically, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel files.

When uploaded, those docx, pptx and xlsx file formats will show a gray box and an "Unexpected server response" error message. New files uploaded that show this error have not been successfully uploaded and will not work - they will need to be re-uploaded once the underlying problem is resolved, or replaced with a PDF.

Previously uploaded files that were already displaying correctly within ePortfolios do not need to be replaced or re-uploaded. PDF files and media files (images/audio/video) are uploading normally.

Work-around for new file upload issue: Uploaded .pdf files are working normally, so we would recommend first saving documents as .pdfs and then uploading the .pdf files to your ePortfolios.
