The InfoEd application used to manage Research Administration and Compliance activities at the CU Boulder, CU Denver and Anschutz Medical campuses was upgraded the weekend of November 22-23. Since the upgrade, users in the InfoEd system have experienced performance issues that include intermittent errors and unresponsiveness. The root cause of these issues is currently under investigation, and there is a likelihood that the errors may increase as the workday progresses.
To avoid compounding performance degradation throughout the workday and provide a more consistent experience, a scheduled maintenance window will occur between 12:00-12:30 pm on Monday, December 2. It is recommended that users of the InfoEd application save work before noon. Any data entered between noon and 12:30 PM may not be adequately preserved, even if the system appears to be available. We regret any inconvenience this causes.
If users experience increased errors outside of the planned maintenance window, additional maintenance activities may be needed. In this case, a notice will be provided to active users, via the main search screen in InfoEd.
eRA and the eRA InfoEd application will be unavailable between 12:00-12:30 pm on Monday, December 2.
