Issue resolved on 10/3/19 at 7:04 pm: The OIT Dedicated Desktop Support (DDS) Portal service has been restored. Thank you for your patience.

Issue reported on 10/3/19 at 4:14 pm: The OIT Dedicated Desktop Support (DDS) Portal is offline. OIT is investigating, no ETA at this time. If you are a DDS customer in need of IT support, please email the IT Service Center at help@colorado.edu, or call the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357 (Mon-Frid 7:30 am - 7:00 pm). More information will be posted when available.
